Privacy Policy

The First 72 Hours ("we," "us") sells a digital guide for families navigating a parent's health emergency. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to sell and deliver that guide. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Purchase information. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Through Stripe we receive your name, email address, and purchase details so we can deliver the guide, send updates, and honor refunds. Stripe's own privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
- Advertising analytics. If you arrived from one of our ads, this site may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — a small piece of code that uses cookies to tell us, in aggregate, that our ads led to visits and purchases. It helps us measure ads; it does not give us your Facebook account information. You can learn about and opt out of interest-based advertising at aboutads.info/choices, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
What we do with it
- Deliver your guide and its free updates to your email.
- Respond when you contact us, including processing refunds.
- Measure, in aggregate, whether our advertising works.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for their marketing.
- We never ask for, or store, information about your parent's health. The guide is a static document — your family's situation stays in your family.
Email
Your email is used to deliver the guide, send free updates to it, and nothing else. Every update email includes a way to opt out.
Data retention & your rights
Purchase records are kept as long as needed for accounting and refund obligations. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (we'll keep only what payment regulations require), by contacting us below.
Children
This site is for adults and is not directed at children under 18.

Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
