Payment is processed by Stripe. Delivery is instant: after payment you're taken to a download page, and your email receipt links back to it for re-downloads. Founding customers receive future updates to the guide at no extra charge.
If the guide doesn't genuinely help your family, you get a full refund — within 60 days of purchase, no questions asked, and you keep the guide.
To request one: reply to your Stripe purchase receipt email, or use the contact link on our main page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
